General
Whilst using the online shop, during checkout, you will be requested to choose your preferred delivery method.
A summary of our delivery options is given below. These tariffs will also apply to manual orders (telephone, written etc):
UK Delivery
Applies to all addresses excluding Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
Standard working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays
Standard Delivery - £3.95
Your order will be dispatched next working day. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.
3 Day Delivery - £5.95
Your order will be dispatched next working day. Please allow 3 working days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery - £7.95
Your order to be placed before 12 noon (Monday to Thursday) in order for you to receive it the next working day.
Orders placed on Friday will arrive on the following Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
Collections
If you live locally and would like to collect your order from our offices please call beforehand to ensure your order is ready and no charge will be made.
Please allow two working days for your order to be processed.
When ordering online please select store pickup from delivery methods or you will be charged.
Delivery To Overseas Addresses
A guide price for overseas prices is given below. In order to establish costings they have been based on a typical 3.5kg parcel.
If your parcel weight is heavier than 3.5kg you will be contacted and advised of any additional charge prior to dispatch.
Please note we require a reply within 10 working days, if after this we have not heard from you, we will assume the items
are no longer required and will arrange for the order to be cancelled.
